CNC MACHINING
FabCorp, Inc. has developed and continues to expand its cnc machining abilities. Accordingly, over the last 3 years, we have upgraded our machining capabilities with state-of-the-art CNC Haas and Mori Seiki machining centers, Mazak and Mori Seiki CNC turning centers, and a Mazak 630 Multiplex CNC twin head turning/milling center. machpic1.gif 250x180

The latest in CNC machines are housed within our new 25,000 square foot air conditioned facility.

FABRICATION
FabCorp, through our reputation for high quality, close tolerance fabrications allows us to process components from prototypes to volume production. The latest in fabrication equipment includes CNC Shearing to 1/2" thick, (3) CNC Press Brakes to 400 Tons x 20 ft. capacity, (4) Stamping/Piercing presses to 150 Tons, plus sand/shot and bead blasting for finishing.

WELDING
We have certified welding capabilities utilizing 15 MIG stations, 3 TIG stations and 2 Robotic welders for production welding needs. From gas and steam turbine weld repair parts, prototype pre-production capacity to high volume transportation components, FabCorp has complete "turn-key", in-house capacity for all your component needs.

PLATE PROCESSING
Processes include: Multi-Torch flame cutting from 3/16" to 18", Conventional plasma cutting to 4", Hy-Definition plasma cutting from 20 gauge to 1/2" [near laser quality at a fraction of the cost], and waterjetting from shimstock to 8" thick plate with the most up-to-date equipment in the industry.
